What the role involves
The Student Registration Advisor role is designed to increase RE5 Online’s student registrations by guiding warm enquiries through the full decision and registration process. The role focuses on student guidance, product explanation, follow-up, registration support, and professional communication, ensuring that each student is matched with the most suitable RE5 or RE1 preparation option and receives a positive first experience with RE5 Online.
Respond to warm student enquiries Communicate with students via WhatsApp, phone, email, and CRM Explain RE5 and RE1 training options Guide students through the registration process Assist with invoices, payment links, debit order options, and forms Follow up with students who requested information Keep accurate records of student communication Help students choose the most suitable training option Work towards monthly registration targets
